SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services for the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it is actually alarmed in regards to the superior range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office devoted to service the area daily. The service place made for intervention activities sassa status check a significant influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend sassa status to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more resources to empower the servicing of all consumers and increase usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
